The Sims 4 – Surprise SDX Drop for Pride 2025! 🏳️‍🌈✨

The Sims team just released a vibrant and heartfelt SDX update to celebrate Pride, and it’s full of joy, color, and love! 🥰🌈

As seen in The Sims’ official tweet, this Pride SDX is “just one of the free content releases coming this year”—and that line has definitely caught the community’s attention.

Could this mean we’re in for more themed drops throughout the year? Maybe new decor sets tied to seasonal events, more CAS refreshes, or even more inclusive content celebrating different communities and cultures? It's not the first time The Sims team has used SDX drops to spotlight meaningful themes, and this message suggests there’s much more in store.

Whatever’s coming, it’s exciting to see free content continuing to grow in variety and quality. These kinds of updates are a fun surprise and a great way to keep the game feeling fresh without needing to install an entire pack.

🎨 Create-a-Sim Items

• Colorful button-up shirts and denim shorts
• Colorful high socks in various Pride colorways
• Fun new sneakers
• Face paint and rainbow makeup
• Pride-themed temporary tattoos

🏡 Build/Buy Mode Items

• New framed wall art in bold, abstract designs
• A rainbow-striped wall hanging with lights and decor
• Wall mounted clothes hanger
• A new single and double bed with pastel bedding colors
• Rolled-up towels with a Pride flag color scheme

How to get it: Make sure you have automatic SDX downloads enabled in your settings. Launch the game, and all the new content will be available right away in Create-a-Sim and Build/Buy!

This Pride update is joyful, expressive, and full of color. It’s a celebration of love and individuality, and it’s exciting to think it might be the first of several meaningful drops in 2025.
