The Furniture Showroom is a free Sims 4 CC pack with 38 base game compatible items organized across six mini collections, including a heart-shaped bed, a functional heart-shaped hot tub, neon lights, a sunroom setup, an eclectic reading area, and a mini study room, covering comfort, build, decorative, lighting, plumbing, storage, and surfaces.
Over the last few months I had pieces of furniture I wanted to make that did not fit well into any of my existing CC pack ideas. I saved them for a while and finally found the perfect way to bring them all together: a Furniture Showroom. And of course, I have always wanted to recreate the iconic Heart-Shaped Bed and Hot Tub from The Sims 1, so since this pack launched in February, it felt very appropriate for Valentine’s Day. Sims 4 CC Worth a Closer Look in This Pack
The heart-shaped bed is the centerpiece of the WooHoo Collection and one of the most requested pieces I have ever made. It functions as a completely regular bed in game, which means no mods are required and all standard bed interactions work as expected. The heart-shaped hot tub in the Niagara Collection is the other showstopper: fully functional, base game compatible, and a direct nod to the iconic hot tub from The Sims: Hot Date that longtime players will recognize immediately.
The three neon lights are worth highlighting separately. Neon lighting is one of those details that transforms the atmosphere of a room instantly, and having three designs in one pack gives you enough variety for a motel room, a game lounge, a bar corner, or any space that needs a pop of color and energy.
The ceiling fan in three sizes is a practical piece that rarely shows up in Maxis Match CC. It works in sunrooms, living rooms, and outdoor patios, and the three size options mean it scales to the room rather than overwhelming it.
Ideas for How to Use This Sims 4 CC Pack
This eclectic CC pack works across a range of build types and playstyles in The Sims 4.
A few ways to use it:
Valentine’s Day or romantic bedroom. The heart-shaped bed, heart night table lamp, and neon lights together build a complete Valentine’s Day or honeymoon suite aesthetic. Add the wallpaper and carpet floors from the pack for a fully themed space.
Motel or roadside inn build. The WooHoo Collection pieces work perfectly for a retro motel room on a community lot. The neon lights and heart-shaped hot tub give the space the kind of personality that makes a community build worth visiting in gameplay.
Sunroom or conservatory. Use the ceiling fan, plants, sofa chair, and coffee table as the core of a sunroom or indoor garden corner. The three fan sizes help you match it to the ceiling height without it looking out of place.
Eclectic reading nook. The bookcase, chairs, ceiling lamp, and circle wall sculpture work together as a characterful reading area. The eclectic mix of pieces reads as collected over time rather than purchased as a set, which is exactly the vibe for a well-loved home library corner.
Sims 1 nostalgia build. The heart-shaped bed and Niagara hot tub together are a full callback to The Sims 1 and Hot Date. Build a retro-inspired lot around both pieces and lean into the early 2000s Sims aesthetic with the mirror, neon lights, and bold carpet floors from the pack.
