It is part of the Baby On The Way series, a multi-part collection of free Sims 4 CC and mods built around pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood gameplay.
For this part, I wanted to add more pieces that make the nursery feel lived-in and ready. You will find a mix of functional items and decorative details that help tell that story, from seating where your Sims can take a break, to storage pieces that keep everything organized, to little objects that bring warmth and quiet anticipation into the space. Sims 4 Nursery CC Worth a Closer Look
The rocking chair is the piece I am most excited about in this part. There are very few Maxis Match rocking chairs in the CC community and this one was designed specifically for a nursery context, with a with-blanket and without-blanket version so you can decide how staged or lived-in you want the room to feel.
The changing table is the other standout. Both the standard version and the open-drawers version are fully functional, which is rare for nursery CC. The open-drawers version adds a layer of storytelling detail that makes the room feel mid-use rather than freshly decorated.
The plush toy companions, the Tall Friend Giraffe, Miss Carrot Bunny, and Oliver Foxley, each come in both a functional toy version and a decorative plushie version. The functional versions can be used as kids toys in gameplay while the decorative versions sit on shelves and surfaces as clutter. Having both in the same pack means you can use them as active objects or as room detail depending on what the scene calls for.
The Tiny Essentials Set with its bottles and towels clutter is the kind of detail that makes a nursery screenshot feel complete. Pair it with the Little Portraits Wall Art and the storage caddy and the room reads immediately as a space that has been prepared with care.

Build the Bassinet pairing. For an even more immersive experience, pair the Sweet Arrival Bassinet with the Build the Bassinet Mod. It adds an assemblable gameplay moment before the baby arrives, so the whole process of setting up the nursery feels like part of the story.
Baby On The Way series playthrough. This pack is designed to work alongside the rest of the Baby On The Way series. The shared design language means pieces from across the series sit together naturally in the same room.
Invisible Bassinet pairing. The Sweet Arrival Bassinet is designed to work with the Invisible Bassinet Mod. Place the decorative bassinet over the invisible one and your infant will appear to sleep inside the CC piece rather than the default EA bassinet.
Daycare or community nursery lot. The changing tables, storage caddy, bookshelf, and plush toys all scale well to a larger community space. Multiple changing table configurations and toy placements keep the lot from feeling repetitive.
