Sims 4 CC for kids’ rooms is something I’ve wanted to expand for a while, and the Baby Mermaid and The Sailor Boy Sims 4 CC pack is one that has been living in my sketchbook for quite some time. I had originally planned to release it earlier, but life got in the way and I had to put it on hold. The idea never really left me though, especially with so many of you in the community asking for an under-the-sea or mermaid-inspired CC pack. So here it is, finally!
This Sims 4 CC pack is a toddler bedroom set with two distinct themed sides: a dreamy ocean world inspired by Ariel, and a nautical adventure corner inspired by Prince Eric. I imagined a toddler version of the two of them and let that guide the whole design. The result is a collection that feels cute, cohesive, and diverse enough to mix and match.

The Sims 4 Baby Mermaid Items Worth Highlighting
Ariel’s side of the room is where the ocean really comes alive. The shell-shaped toddler bed is the anchor piece, with a headboard inspired by the curves of the sea. Paired with the coral-style bookcase and a cute night light shaped like a shell with a glowing pearl, the whole corner feels like a world of its own. The octopus plush toy is one of my favorites in the whole pack, it’s exactly the kind of adorable clutter that makes a toddler room feel lived in and loved.
On Prince Eric’s side, the mini sailboat bed is the star. It matches beautifully with the boat chest nightstand and dresser, and the treasure chest toy box is perfect for storing all of your little Sim’s things. The lighthouse floor lamp that doubles as a bookcase is one of those pieces I’m really proud of. It works hard without feeling like it’s doing too much.
The undersea mural wallpapers tie both sides of the room together and work just as well as standalone builds if you want to lean into only one theme.
Ideas for How to Use This Sims 4 CC Pack
Build a dual toddler room. This pack was designed with two kids in mind. Use the shell bed on one side and the boat bed on the other for a shared room that feels intentional and story-ready.
Style a single-theme nursery. If you prefer one aesthetic, go all-in on the mermaid side or the nautical side. The items work independently and both themes have enough variety to fill a full room.
Mix with other toddler CC. The Maxis Match style means these pieces blend naturally with other kids CC in your game. Use the rugs, plush toys, and decals as accent pieces in an existing build.
Use for storytelling builds. If you create Sims 4 storytelling content, this pack is rich with detail. The books, decals, wall murals, and plush toys give you a lot to work with in screenshots and gameplay videos.
