The team at HoYoverse has unveiled the official trailer for Petit Planet, their upcoming life-simulation game that gives players a full planet of their own to customise, nurture and share.
What the Trailer Reveals
- The setting shifts life-simulation gameplay into space: instead of a typical island or town, you’ll start with a planet and gradually shape its environment and direction. According to the trailer description: “Plant a planet to call your own, and nurture it into the planet of your dreams.”
- Classic sim-game elements appear: gardening, crafting, fishing, mining, decorating interiors and exteriors.
- Social features are highlighted: you will meet and befriend “Neighbours” (charming characters), visit other players’ worlds and engage in shared activities.
- Customisation goes deep: the trailer shows you can shape terrain, modify structures and decorate both your home and your planet’s look and feel.
