Pregnancy in The Sims 4 is a huge life moment, but the people around your Sim can sometimes react like it is just another regular conversation. Baby on the Way: Family Reactions adds more emotional, family-focused pregnancy reactions so the news feels warmer, more personal, and a little more human.
With this mod, pregnant Sims can share their baby news with family and friends, and the reaction can depend on who they tell. A partner may feel deeply moved. A parent may celebrate becoming a grandparent. A sibling may realize they are becoming an aunt or uncle. A child may feel excited, unsure, or even afraid of being replaced.
Not every reaction is perfectly happy, because big family changes are not always simple. Some Sims are thrilled. Some need reassurance. Some children process the news through play, questions, stories, baby names, or quiet imagination.
